Lighting Up the Festival of Lights with Secure Festivities
Royal Security was proud to provide full event security coverage for the Deepavali Bazaar 2025, located along Birch Road, from 21 September to 20 October 2025.
This festive market drew large daily crowds in the lead-up to Deepavali, featuring rows of traditional stalls selling festive wear, sweets, décor, and gifts. To ensure a safe and orderly experience for all visitors, Royal Security deployed a team of thirteen dedicated security officers across rotating day, night, and midnight shifts throughout the month-long operation.
Managing a High-Volume Festive Environment
Our officers were strategically stationed across the bazaar site to oversee access control, crowd flow, stall safety, and traffic management along the surrounding streets. Despite high visitor turnout and late-night operations, our team maintained composure, visibility, and professionalism at all times.
Regular patrols, effective communication with organisers, and swift on-ground coordination ensured that the bazaar remained secure and welcoming for shoppers, vendors, and tourists alike.

The highlight of the assignment was the Deepavali Eve operation, marking the final night of the bazaar. As thousands gathered to usher in the festival, the atmosphere came alive with cheers, confetti, and last-minute shopping.
To manage the large turnout, CCTC-certified officers were deployed to conduct crowd and traffic control across key access points. Their expertise ensured that the movement of people remained orderly and safe, even during the peak midnight celebrations.
Despite the excitement and festive energy, our officers successfully ushered and cleared the crowd by 2.00am, ensuring the bazaar was wrapped up smoothly and without incident.
